Dr. Aaron Jeziorski, DMD
Dr. Aaron Jeziorski is an Arizona native and the founder of Phoenix Dental Partners — a growing network of independent private practices across the Phoenix Metro. His vision is straightforward: bring established, community-rooted dental offices together under a shared standard of care, while keeping every practice free from private equity, outside investors, and corporate influence. As the network continues to grow, one principle stays constant — clinical decisions are made by doctors, for patients, with no shareholders to answer to.
Passionate about giving back, Dr. Jeziorski serves as an endowment founder at the Brighterway Dental Clinic for the Homeless in downtown Phoenix. He regularly attends seminars and conferences to stay at the forefront of dental innovation — and is known for giving his personal cell phone number to patients so they always have access to the care they need.
Dr. Jeziorski leads a clinical team that values your oral health over your wallet. His doctors share his vision: exceptional dentistry, five-star service, and zero corporate pressure.

Dr. Nina Ranjbar
Dr. Nina Ranjbar’s journey to dentistry is rooted in perseverance, family, and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Born in Iran, she began her education in psychology before immigrating to the United States with her family. After continuing her studies at Mesa Community College and Arizona State University, she discovered her calling while volunteering with Brighter Way Dental at the Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS), helping provide dental care to individuals experiencing homelessness. Seeing firsthand how restoring someone's smile could also restore confidence inspired her to pursue dentistry.
Dr. Ranjbar earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale and has continued her commitment to serving the Arizona community. Her volunteer work has included Give Kids A Smile, Arizona Mission of Mercy, dental service trips, and other community organizations.
Today, Dr. Ranjbar is proud to be part of the BlueDot Dental and Phoenix Dental Partners team, where she shares our commitment to privately owned, patient-centered dentistry. She provides comprehensive care including preventive and restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, extractions, same-day crowns, implant dentistry, and removable prosthetics. Her experience also includes pediatric and special-needs dentistry, and she especially enjoys educating children and parents about building healthy habits for life.
Dr. Ranjbar believes great dentistry begins with listening. She strives to make patients feel comfortable, clearly explain their options, and develop treatment plans around each patient's individual needs and goals.
Dr. Ranjbar lives in Gilbert with her family and two dogs. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and catching a great movie.
